Our services include our public site, our onion sites on Tor, and related tools. We operate from Australia. Our data footprint is decentralised and global. Storage and processing can occur in more than one region.

We run a public site for viewing reports, updates, and guidance. We may update or remove parts of the site without notice.

4.2 Tor and Darknet Services

We run onion services to support private access and secure submissions. These services help users who need stronger privacy. You are responsible for safe use of these services.

4.3 Relay Operations

We run Tor relay nodes to support the network. Relays pass encrypted traffic. We do not read or store this traffic. We cannot identify users from relay traffic.

We are a host for user content. We do not edit or endorse user content. We may review items for safety and legal risk. We may remove items that break the law or these Terms.

We may use providers for hosting, content delivery, email relay, security, or abuse defense. We do not control third party sites that we link to. Use of those sites is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Courts in Australia have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes that arise from these Terms. You accept that our data is decentralised and global and that storage may occur in other regions.

We may update these Terms. We will show the update date at the top of this page. If you keep using the services after changes, that means you accept the new Terms.

We aim for strong uptime, but we cannot promise full time access. Our services run across more than one region to improve resilience.
